13 SESSIONS A YEAR20 OWNERS PER ROOM90 MINUTES, LIVEFIRST BOARD CONVENES AT TENBUILT FOR $1.5M+ MED SPAS

Every serious company runs on a plan and a monthly review. Most owners get neither.

You have your version of that review already — at 11 p.m., with no agenda and no one to answer to. The Margin Room replaces it with the real thing: an annual plan, a monthly meeting, and a room full of owners who expect your numbers.

Once a month, the board meets.

Ninety minutes, live. Chad Brown chairs every meeting and keeps the clock.

01Scorecards first

Every owner says their three numbers out loud. Takes a minute each. No hiding, no highlight reels.

02Then the floor

Two owners take the floor at every monthly meeting — twelve meetings, twenty-four floor slots a year. When a problem needs a framework, DSOS comes off the shelf and gets run on it live. Twenty owners: every owner takes the floor at least once, some twice. Scheduled, not hoped for.

03One move

Everyone leaves with one move — the thing you're committing to do before next month.

Next meeting opens with “did you do it?”

That question, asked every single month by people who remember, is the entire mechanism. Not content. Cadence.

13 sessions a year

WHEN YOU JOIN
You show up to your first meeting ready.

When you join, you get everything you need to prepare: the planning kit and a walkthrough of exactly how the Room works. You build your plan before you ever take your seat — your goals for the year, your budget, and the three numbers you're going to grow. Your scorecard. Your numbers, not ours.

EVERY MONTH
Twelve monthly board meetings a year.

Scorecards, the floor, one move — every month, no exceptions.

EACH FALL
The planning & budget session.

Session thirteen, held before the new year starts. Where next year gets written down — milestones set, goals named, budgets written, targets picked, as a room — so the year starts on paper instead of in your head.

ANNUALLY
Your year in review.

Your twelfth meeting is still a board meeting — scorecards, the floor, one move — plus the year in review: your plan versus your actuals on one page. That's the renewal conversation — a number, not a feeling. And if your review shows a problem bigger than a monthly meeting can fix, that's a conversation outside the Room.

The room

Twenty owners, no more

Every room is limited to no more than twenty owners. Big enough for range, small enough that your absence is noticed. The reservation meter on this page is live.

What's said here, stays here

Bring the numbers you'd never post and the problem you've been carrying alone — to people who want you to win. Scorecards and problems are shared with the room; your full financials are shared with no one. Meetings are not recorded.

No vendors. Ever.

No device reps, no software pitches. And inside the Room, nobody sells anything — including us.

You already know these three services.

You sell two of them.

The 2-Hour Turnaround · $197The Botox

Quick, affordable, and you see the result the same day. One problem, one afternoon, visibly better.

The AcceleratorThe full treatment plan

Mapped, staged, done with an expert — and it changes how the whole thing works.

The Margin RoomThe personal trainer

Not because you don't know what a squat is — because you show up different when someone's expecting you. You sign up for the accountability, and the accountability is what hits the goals.

Chad Brown

Chad Brown chairs every meeting.

Founder of CBB Consulting and Coaching, med spa operations consultant, and the person who keeps the clock, keeps the agenda, and asks “did you do it?” — so the meeting your business has needed for years actually happens, every month. DSOS — Diagnose, Systematize, Optimize, Scale — is his operating system for med spa margins, and it runs live on your business when you take the floor.

Membership

The Room is built for med spas doing $1.5M+ a year — not to keep anyone out, but so every owner at the table is carrying the weight you're carrying. Not there yet? Put your name down anyway: you're in line for the next board, in the order you raised your hand.

Standard
$2,970
PER YEAR · PAID ANNUALLY

That's about $228 per board meeting. No monthly plan — a board that might quit in March isn't a board.

Founding · First 25
$1,970
PER YEAR · LOCKED FOR AS LONG AS YOU STAY

About $151 a meeting, locked. The first twenty-five members keep this rate for as long as they stay — that's the first room, plus the first five seats of the second. No countdown clock. The founding rate retires when the 25th seat is confirmed.

Founding seats are reserved, not bought.

A reservation costs nothing and holds your rate until your board convenes — pay then, or your seat goes back on the page. When ten owners have reserved, the first board convenes: every reserved owner gets seven days to confirm and pay; an unconfirmed reservation releases, and the next owner takes the seat. A released founding seat returns to the page at the founding rate.

The guarantee

Come to your first three meetings and report your scorecard. If you don't believe the Room will pay for itself, tell us at meeting three and we'll refund every dollar.

Start where you are. The goal never changes.

A business that runs on a plan, and an owner with the time and freedom to enjoy it. Reserve a founding seat — it costs nothing until your board convenes.

If the Room isn't your next step, the 2-Hour Turnaround is — $197, one problem, one afternoon. It's the first step toward what you actually want — a business that gives you your time and money back. The Margin Room will be here when you're ready.
